Loyalty Plan

Join our Loyalty Stitching Bee. Collect 75 stitches (points) for opening an account, and 2 stitches for every dollar spent in our web store. Accumulate 750 stitches and redeem for $10 off a purchase of $15 or more (Worker Bee or blockmaker reward), or wait until you have 1000 points and redeem for $25 off any order of the same amount or more (Queen Bee or quiltmaker reward).

Shipping

We generally ship within the United States and Canada. If you are interested in overseas shipping, please email us and we will work with you to find the best solution.

• Digital patterns have no shipping cost.

• Totals less than $15 ship for $5.

• Totals from $20–$75 ship for $6.95.

• Totals over $75 ship for free to US only.

Most of our shipping is through USPS. If you prefer UPS or FedEx, please email us; you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Sales Tax is calculated and charged when it is required.

 

All Sales Are Final

We strive to provide many photos and descriptive detail of all products; therefore, all sales are final. If for some reason, you feel that you have not received what you were expecting, please email us so that we can work with you to solve the issue. Mistakes happen, and we always want to fix them and make you happy. Also, if there has been an issue with your package arriving damaged due to shipping, please email us with photos detailing the problems, and we will file a report and work with you to rectify the problem. 

 

Digital Patterns

All patterns, and especially digital patterns, are for your own personal use and may be printed or copied for your use ONLY. Please understand that this is our creative work, and not to be freely shared; this includes a free pattern download. At times, we may offer free digital PDF downloadable patterns: they require that you download the pattern in the shop and use the coupon code to redeem the discount. These patterns are for your use only.

 

Wholesale

Please email us for information about purchasing our patterns wholesale. We do not offer kits at wholesale prices. To order patterns at wholesale pricing, we will need verification that you have retail status. A first minimum order must be $100 and include increments of 6 per pattern. For subsequent orders, there will be a minimum of 3 of each pattern ordered, with no minimum order amount.
