Elly's Elegance

We are excited to be teaching our Elly's Elegance blocks at Primitive Homespuns in Frederick, Maryland!

These four blocks are inspired by designs created by Elly Sienkiewicz in her Baltimore Elegance book. Creating them in wool was a joy and privilege that was graciously given by Elly herself. Each block is done with wool appliqué, and we have added ribbon skills and embroidery to embellish each. You can choose which blocks you would like to learn, or save and take all 4 classes.

We have wool and ribbon kits for each block (with a savings for getting all 4, of course), which we strongly suggest for the class unless you have a lot of ribbon in your stash. We also have thread kits available, and you have the option of purchasing the kit with wool, ribbon, and thread needed to make all four blocks. Please note that your background fabric is NOT included with the kits. You will need a yard of a cotton background.

Plan to spend the day in a lovely classroom environment, with shopping opportunities right down in the shop. We will be taking a short lunch break.
