The pineapple has long been a symbol of welcome, and our Pineapple Medallion will be a welcoming sight to those who view its abundance of color and dimension. This block was inspired by a vintage fabric design and is laden with ribbon, velvet, beads, and embroidery. The pattern includes instructions to create wired ribbon roses, a padded pineapple with beads, ruched flowers, and more. Of course, you might choose to appliqué this beauty without the ribbon; you get to decide how to create your pineapple!
